Resort Rentals International ("RRI") we will not sell your data or private information.

  • We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, payment information may be used for tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations. ID and payment data may be kept to ensure proper payment processing.
  • Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) will continue to be publicly visible on the internet and may be used on our website, even after your stay has completed. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
  • Because we take measures to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.

Data Security & Data Erasure

  • While no organization can guarantee perfect security, we are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.
  • The copy of your government identification submitted is retained for a period of 180 days after check-out from your stay. 180 days after check-out it is secure deleted from our records.
  • Because we take measures to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.

Log Files

RRI follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, RRI uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
